From what I've seen on Yt vids, my cut out issue is not due to pulsing. The machine works seemingly fine on the lower suction setting. If I flip it to high suction, it lasts about 10 seconds and cuts out, I then have to slot it back in to the charging dock to reset it before it will let the trigger power it again.

The only way I can get it working is: put it back on charge, turn the charger off and on again, then hold the trigger while it's docked for 20 seconds. Once 20 seconds is up I release the trigger and use the Dyson as normal and it runs fine.

How Can I Tell If My Dyson V7's Battery Needs To Be Replaced? The first thing you will notice is that runtime will be plummeting. You may also notice difficulties in getting the battery to charge.
